Refund Policy

We offer IPTV subscription, reseller panels and IPTV set top boxes and refunds are always processed as per the product purchased from our website. We do offer free trial subscription service and there’s no refund for free trial once purchased. Other refunds are processed as per the following terms:

  • Free trial subscription will not be refunded. It’s a one day subscription to test our IPTV subscription service.
  • IPTV set top boxes come with a full refund of 7 days. Any set top box purchased will be eligible for a full refund, however, the return fee should be paid by the buyer. Our team will review the set top box for any kind of faults and once approved will be issued a full refund. After the 7 days time period, refunds can be issued, however, repairing is offered in case of any issue. 
  • For IPTV subscription services, you’re eligible for a full refund if you think that the purchased subscription isn’t suitable. You can always request full refund within the first 5 days of subscription or can also request another subscription. The previous subscription service will be revoked and refund will be issued.
  • For IPTV reseller credits, you’re eligible for a refund within the first 5 days of the reseller credit purchase. Consumed reseller credits will not be refunded, however, the credits leftover will be refunded. For instance, you’ve purchased 25 reseller credits for $100, it means one reseller credit costs $4. If you’ve consumed 10 reseller credits within the first 5 days and want a refund, we’ll offer refund for the remaining leftover credits which is 15 so the refunded amount will be $60.
